Technical Sheet

Choice of the various constituents :

- L glutamine :

As stated so well a paper published in a scientific journal it is "an essential" non-essential amino acid for the bowel.

The conclusion of another article titled "Glutamine: effects on the immune system, protein balance and intestinal function" indicates that glutamine is a very important metabolic substrate for cells to fast turnover such as cells of the immune system, intestinal cells...

It influences the cellular hydration state and has multiple effects on protein metabolism. In particular at the level of the bowel, the glutamine exercises a trophic effect on the intestinal mucous membrane, reduces hyper intestinal permeability and so prevents, corrects or reduces, the phenomena of bacterial translocation.

All these points are obviously demonstrated by experimental evidence, and related articles are published in several scientific journals.

- L. methionine :

It is an essential amino acid which the body can not make, but which is normally provided by intestinal flora in good condition, and therefore may miss it, when it was disrupted. (Antibiotics, antifungal, heavy metals, intense stress ...)

The L-methionine is a methylating agent for many other molecules in the body and a sulfiding agent. It is the precursor of other sulfur amino acids. The carrier of the selenium

-L.taurine

Major role at the brain level and other electrically excitable tissues : heart, eyes, vascular system.

It is a stabilizing of the brain cell membranes and a inhibitory neurotransmitter of the secretion of norepinephrine and acetylcholine.

So it is a tranquilizer and an anti-epileptic, because it has a significant effect and prolonged anticonvulsant.

- The calcium and the magnesium amino-chelated

To allow them an optimal intestinal absorption and intracellular.

Because, as can be seen to the autistic child's where there is very often associated an intestinal malabsortion problem, deficiencies of both minerals are obvious.

- Zinc

Because it intervenes in the activity of about two hundred enzymes and because in digestive pathology, the zinc deficiencies are common due also to malabsorption .

- The glutathione :

Because it is the most important intracellular anti-oxidant, that elements necessary for its production can miss due to malabsorption again, and that glutathione peroxidase is active against heavy metals.

Alpha-lipoic acid

Because of its role as active antioxidant at once in aqueous and lipid environment, because it regenerates vitamin C, vitamin E, glutathione, and because it chelate heavy metals.
