Reasons for the choice of components
Panax ginseng :
Physical and intellectual stimulant, it acts directly on symptomatic cerebral and peripheral (ginsenosides), it activates the exchanges (glycogen-diuretic and elimination of urea). Plant at once revitalizing and aphrodisiac, improves blood circulation. The immunostimulating action is due to saponins and polysaccharides. The ginsenosides increase the immunoglobulins (in the mouse) and the activity of the natural killer cell.
Eleutherococcus :
Also called Siberian Ginseng, its adaptogen activity is due to a competition at the level of the receivers with glucocorticoids and mineralocorticoids. This adaptogen action takes place either in the hypothalamic-pituitary axis or in the limbico-cortex axis.
