Reasons for the choice of components :

The Eleutherococcus also called Russian Ginseng, it increases the ability of the sportsman, the student in review period, it improves endurance and pushes the limits of fatigue.

The Ginseng has been known for millennia in China to stimulate and fight against fatigue, it improves the oxygenation and allows a greater effort for a lower energy expenditure.

The Blackcurrant is a plant rich in vitamin c which helps increase resistance to physical stress by improving the functioning of glands.
